Any adult natural person, both a citizen of the Republic of Poland and a foreigner, who has full legal capacity and has not been deprived of public rights, may become a member of the Association. Recruitment takes place twice a year, usually in the first weeks of the new academic semester. To participate in the recruitment process, you must complete the application form by the deadline.

- People who are active in the Forum can count on getting valuable recommendations and professional affiliation, as well as support from more experienced members.
- The more you do in the FMD, the more opportunities and chances you'll have to develop new skills or broaden your horizons.
- Members have the opportunity to publish their analyses and articles on our website in the “Publications” tab.
- We also offer the opportunity to participate in the largest industry events and conferences both in Poland and abroad.
- Organizing or co-organizing events on relevant topics
- Writing and publishing texts for the website
- Active participation in and support for FMD projects and events
- Involvement in working groups, e.g., the social media team
- Involvement in regional or language groups
